Sahar is a veteran TV Health Reporter and Journalist who has a passion for health and fitness. Tammy (A Mom In Red High Heels)

He has a wide range in food interests, from family recipes to the cuisines of Italy, France, Japan, China and India.  As someone who has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, Stephen will show you how to cook great food while remaining health conscious.

Kelly (Kelly Tirman)
Kelly is a chic, urban, gadget obsessed, food lovin’ shopaholic momma.  She is a 34 year-old city living mom of 1 who holds a full position as Senior Manager of Creative Operations at walmart.com.  Her site follows her everyday exploits and passions through life.
